After digital delivery begins, we do not offer voluntary refunds because you changed your mind or no longer need the product.
If KeyHole is faulty, materially different from its description or was not delivered, contact store@keyhole.agency. We will investigate and provide the remedies required by applicable law, including a refund when required.
Any loss of a statutory withdrawal right depends on the legal conditions for immediate digital delivery being met.
